Clear, transparent refund terms and cancellation protocols for visa processing, Umrah pilgrimage packages, and flight bookings.
Embassy Fees: Foreign sovereign governments and embassies (including Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and India) strictly do not refund government visa fees, appointment fees, biometric fees, or mandatory health insurance premiums once a file is submitted into their official portal, regardless of whether a visa is granted, delayed, or refused.
RJ INTERNATIONAL Service Charge: If you request cancellation before our specialists have formatted, translated, or submitted your file to the respective embassy/consular system, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the agency service fee (20% retained for document assessment overhead). Once an application has been submitted to an embassy or VFS/IVAC portal, the service charge becomes non-refundable.
Because Umrah group arrangements require upfront non-refundable bookings for Makkah and Madinah hotels, group transport, and airline seats:
In cases of medical emergency verified by a registered physician, RJ INTERNATIONAL will appeal to hotel and airline partners to minimize cancellation losses for the pilgrim.
Airline tickets are issued subject to the fare rules and policies of the respective operating airline (e.g. Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Saudia, Emirates, US-Bangla, Qatar Airways).
Approved refunds will be remitted within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment source (Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad, or Cash voucher collected at our Purana Paltan office).
