To process visas, airline tickets, and Umrah packages, RJ INTERNATIONAL collects personal information including your full legal name, passport number, date of birth, contact phone number, email address, national identity (NID), and supporting financial or employment documentation strictly required by relevant sovereign embassies, airlines, and immigration authorities.
Your information is used exclusively to submit authorized visa applications to official foreign embassy portals (e.g. Saudi MoFA, UKVI, US State Dept, IVAC, Thai Embassy), issue airline PNRs on certified GDS systems, and arrange hotel vouchers in Makkah and Madinah. We do not sell, rent, or lease client data to third parties.
We employ encrypted database storage and access control protocols. Passports and original documents provided physically at our Purana Paltan office are secured in locked storage and returned immediately upon completion of visa stamping.
