Visa approval, denial, interview scheduling, processing times, and biometric requirements remain strictly within the sovereign discretion of the respective foreign embassy or high commission. RJ INTERNATIONAL does not guarantee visa issuance and shall not be held liable for any embassy rejection, delay, or policy change.
The client is solely responsible for providing genuine, authentic, and accurate personal information and documents (passports, financial statements, employment letters). Any forgery or misrepresentation provided by the client is the client's sole legal responsibility under Bangladesh and international law.
All service agreements entered with RJ INTERNATIONAL shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
